Greet your customers by name and tailor responses based on the information you collect with Custom Bots to provide a more personalized customer experience.
When editing text content in a bot message, you'll find the option in the text editor to add personalization tags to your content.
Real-time updates
As visitors submits their details on your site, their personalization tags will update in real-time.
For example, if on the first step of a bot flow, you ask for the visitors first name, you can start using their first name tag in the messages when they reach the 2nd step of your bot flow, right after submission.
