You can now preview your chatbot flow within the bot builder to see how the experience will look for your site visitors. This help you make sure that the bot is set up as intended.

You can even click the Restart conversation button to start a bot flow over. This action is useful if you want to test different routes through a single bot flow.

So, next time when you build a bot flow and feel like testing it yourself - press the Preview button and once you’re happy, set your bot live 🚀
