Webhooks allow you to integrate Gist with other software applications and automate your processes. Think of webhooks as programmatic notifications that let your application know when something changes inside your Gist workspace.
We've redesigned our webhooks infrastructure to improve stability and scalability, and we've added some highly requested features to webhooks. It's now easier than ever to connect Gist with other applications and streamline your workflows.
With this update, you can now:
You can now choose to automatically route any replies your contacts send to your emails directly to your Gist Inbox. This allows for you to leverage the Gist Inbox capabilities to collaborate with your teams and respond to these emails quickly and effectively.
To do this, you'll need to choose "Gist Inbox" from the Reply to dropdown within the email editor and then choose a specific teammate or a team that you want to assign the email to.
You can now preview your chatbot flow within the bot builder to see how the experience will look for your site visitors. This help you make sure that the bot is set up as intended.
You can even click the Restart conversation button to start a bot flow over. This action is useful if you want to test different routes through a single bot flow.

Keyboard shortcuts provide a quick and easy way to move around Gist. They are built into Gist so no need to enable anything on your end.
Here are few shortcut keys that you can use:
g + c to navigate to Contacts.
g+i to navigate to Inbox
g+u to navigate to Unassigned Inbox.
g+a to navigate to Assigned to me Inbox.
While you are on your inbox, additional shortcuts are enabled such as j and k that allow you to move between conversations.
To see a full list of shortcuts, press Shift + ? keys on your keyboard or simply click the keyboard icon on the left of the top navigation menu.
